BACKGROUND
Shelley Guidarelli’s background is made up of 21 years of hands-on sourcing and recruiting in consumer package goods marketing & sales. Her successful career began working for a top tier Chicago search firm before moving to SW Michigan with her husband and two children and starting her own search firm. Guidarelli Staffing Solutions presently has an in-house staff of 2 and an outside network of hundreds. Being an advocate of new trends and technology Shelley regularly attends trade events, seminars and conferences both on-line and in person to stay on top of the ever changing market. Memberships, LinkedIn and the many other sources are important tools. Networking organizations i.e.; Network of Executive Women, SHRM and various diversity groups are key for success to identifying top talent.
