COVER STORY
Create a corporate job site that attracts the best
Corporate career pages are like bellybuttons -- everyone has one. But there’s a big difference between a corporate job site that merely lists available job openings and one that actively attracts the best people in the industry.
“Having a poorly designed career page is like interviewing candidates in the janitor’s closet,” says Michael Carrillo. “A good corporate job site should reflect the professionalism and quality of your firm. Your site should make people want to apply to your company, and posting positions and accepting applications is just the beginning.” MORE
