Budweiser is a $4.5 billion brand with a $345 million advertising and promotion budget.
As vice president for global brand management at Visa, Cesar led brand strategy development to ensure brand cohesion and effectiveness, resulting in a consistent look, tone and feel and execution in 170 countries, which resulted in a 10% improvement in brand health measures (brand relevance, confidence in brand and brand accessibility). He designed and implemented a nomenclature system that impacted 50 new products in a 12-month cycle, resulting in a faster go-to-market launch process.
