"With more than 170 leading consumer health brands, business operations in more than 100 countries, and more than EUR 2.5 billion in global annual sales (2007), Bayer Consumer Care is among the largest over-the-counter (OTC) health care products companies in the world. Bayer Consumer Care maintains regional operations in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. The Division’s European headquarters is located in Basel, Switzerland. Headquarters for the Asia Pacific region is located in Hong Kong while Latin America offices are located in Mexico. North American operations are managed out of the Morristown, NJ, office. A global manufacturing workforce of more than 6,000 employees supports 14 strategic manufacturing sites in 11 countries dedicated to ensuring we deliver a secure, high-quality and cost-effective supply of innovative consumer health products to markets around the globe. Bayer Consumer Care holds leadership positions in multiple product categories including Analgesics, Cough and Cold, GastroIntestinals, Dermatologicals and Nutritionals. In fact, 11 of the Division’s products rank first or second in their respective categories. Some of the most trusted and recognized brands in the world today come from Bayer. These include Bayer Aspirin, Aleve, Flanax/Apronax, Alka-Seltzer Plus, Bactine, RID, Phillips' Milk of Magnesia, Midol, Alka-Seltzer, Talcid, Rennie, Canesten, Bepanthen, Bepanthol, Citracal, One-A-Day vitamins, Flintstones vitamins, Supradyn, Redoxon, Berocca, Cal-D-Vita/Elevit, Vital 50 Plus and CardioAspirin."
