Turned around the unprofitable $200 million U.S. Medical Nutrition business of Bristol-Myers Squibb/Mead Johnson and prepared it for lucrative 400 million divestiture. Transformed Mead Johnson's Mexican subsidiary into the largest and most profitable business outside of the U.S., growing sales from $37 million to $180 million and profits from $4 million to $42 million in four years. Recommended and successfully led the first two acquisitions Mead Johnson made after 30 years, bringing in $100 million of additional profitable sales and a solid foundation for future growth. Began new business from scratch, making it profitable and with high regional brand awareness in just one year.
