His book, Follow the Yellow Brick Road: Five Disciplines of People Who Actually Change, caps Dr. Alibrando’s seminal work on change processes. He helps executives and teams reach their top performance through executive assessment and development, selection and coaching, team building and organizational development, and workshops on topics such as managing difficult people.
BACKGROUND
Dr. Alibrando received his Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, and his doctorate from Biola University. He served as executive director of a large graduate school training organization. He has worked with executives from such companies as the American Red Cross, Amgen, Cigna, Coca Cola, and smaller firms, focusing on diminishing conflict, enhancing communication and accelerating sound decision-making.
