Pay-per-hire pricing takes the guesswork out of recruiting
Based on client feedback, CPGjobs has changed its pricing to address your needs. The recruiting services firm, which perfected the pay-per-posting pricing model for consumer packaged goods recruiting, has now added a new pay-per-hire solution that simplifies budgeting and makes ROI calculation easy. Pay-per-hire pricing is the latest innovation at CPGjobs, which has undergone a thorough makeover in the past several months.
"Employers want to know their return on investment upfront. With our pay-per-hire model our clients pre-pay for unlimited job postings until the right person is hired," says Michael Carrillo, president. Our prepaid pay-per-hire packages are customized to fit the employer's volume needs, and discounts are offered for larger agreements. "CPGjobs has always stood behind our service, and now we offer choice, too," Carrillo says.
Better than megaboards
Employers and candidates both are turning to specialized recruiting sites and services because they work better than megaboards, according to Carrillo.
Industry-specific sites like CPGjoblist are more effective than megaboards like Monster and Career Builder, according to a study by Forrester Research. BusinessWeek agrees, reporting that "most specialty boards are too small to appear on Internet statistical measures. But anecdotal evidence suggests niche sites are growing rapidly--with users drawn by their manageable size, better quality listings and community feel." This statement is more true than ever, Carrillo says, especially as sites like CPGjobs improve their services and enlarge their networks.
"Employers base their recruiting return on hiring metrics, and the new program makes that easy," Carrillo says. "You know that you're going to hire someone and what it's going to cost you going in," Carrillo says. "Mega job boards can't promise that you will hire someone at all, and traditional recruiters can't tell you what you're going to pay if you do. Our pay-per-hire solution guarantees a candidate, and our upfront pricing gives the budgeting and metrics you need."
"You get what you pay for, and what you get with CPGjobs is a highly qualified placement--period," Carrillo says.
Three new solutions
With the addition of its pay-per hire solution, CPGjobs now has three service levels to serve employers:
Pay-per-hire. Pre-pay for one hire to start and post unlimited jobs. Pay-per-post. Post your job openings on our expanding CPG network.
Professional recruiting. Our recruiting team has over 30 years of combined industry experience.
In addition to its new pricing, CPGjobs is offering new features.
Resume search. CPGjobs's new “Resume Search" enables pre-screened candidates to check off which companies they are interested in -- and then we allow our clients to search these lists on a subscription basis. Contact your sales representative for details.
Category sites. "You’ve asked for new outreach and new options, and we’ve listened," says Carrillo. In the past several months the company has launched a new employers website, a redesigned candidate home page, and new logos and branding. "Our category sites are the most important change yet," Carrillo notes.
CPGjobs has launched 10 category sites to put your jobs in front of additional CPG candidates. The 10 new category sites are the latest in a series of transformational changes launched by CPGjobs. These category-specific sites focus on gathering the right kind of candidates for each specialty. On the sites you’ll find only jobs that pertain to that specialty.
These category sites will benefit everyone. They will reach new and existing candidates who can bookmark their specific page to make looking for a job in their discipline available with one click. It will also benefit employers, giving them a chance to highlight their company and current needs. The new specialty sites also feature job alerts, career tips, resume and job-hunting help, industry news and events calendar, plus useful links to associations, publications and other websites.
"It’s a great new move for CPGjobs that will benefit everyone in the industry,” states President Michael Carrillo. “You’ll see new partnerships coming from CPGjobs and these sites over the next several months."

In September, the company will launch CPGdiversityjobs.com, CPGexejobs.com, CPGHRjobs.com and CPGMBAjobs.com.
CPG Forum is talk of the industry
CPGjobs soft launched the first forum exclusively for the CPG industry. CPGForum is attracting current employees, potential candidates, recruiters and employers to see what everyone is saying about everything from individual companies to hot topics in the industry. It is a great way to help candidates and employers connect. The CPGForum will be officially opened September 1.
That's a wrap
“People in the corporate hiring chain are interested in results, not promises," says Carrillo. "They need metrics that show that an outside resource is working and what its bottom-line cost is. CPGjobs pay-per-hire option gives companies this crucial information upfront."
But return on investment is just part of the equation, Carrillo says. "No spreadsheet can show the quality of the candidate." Because of its "specialized focus, aggressive outreach, close relationship to candidates and its networking features, CPGjobs is the far-and-away leader in CPG industry recruiting."
