BACKGROUND
The Center for Workforce Excellence was founded in September 2002 by Trudy Bourgeois to fulfill her passion to help others experience professional success. A former senior marketing and sales executive, Ms. Bourgeois brings twenty years of cross-functional business experience to the table. The Center for Workforce Excellence has formed strategic alliances with organizations throughout the country to ensure that the services offered are cutting edge and provide the greatest return on investment. Current and former clients include The Gillette Company, Nestle Purina Pet Care Company, Dr. Pepper, Zurich, and the Network of Executive Women.
