New talent pipeline tools designed for you, by you
“You’ve spoken and we’ve listened,” says Michael Carrillo, president of CPGjoblist. “Thanks to your feedback, we’re offering powerful new tools and options to keep your talent pipeline flowing -- and we’re looking for more of your input to further expand our services.” Here’s what’s new or coming soon:
Unlimited service. CPGjoblist’s “innovative new Unlimited Service keeps a steady flow of top industry candidates flowing through your talent pipeline at all times,” Carrillo says. Clients get unlimited standard job postings for a flat fee that’s tailored to anticipated volume, simplifying budgeting. “Unlimited Service is a cost-effective way to grow your candidate networks exponentially and extend our support throughout your organization.”
Professional recruiting. CPGjoblist offers commission-free recruiting from its nationwide network of experienced industry recruiters. Clients pay a fixed fee upon placement (starting at $9,750) and get complete candidate ownership on all submitted candidates, eliminating restrictions on future networking. CPGjoblist’s Professional Recruiting offers turnkey service, personal support, online candidate tracking, and a wide range of outreach extras.
Bigger pipeline, better data mining. A new upgrade will prompt candidates to identify employers they are interested in working for, “providing a whole new level of candidate-generated, permission-based networking and data mining,” Carrillo says. “Instead of waiting for responses to specific job postings, you’ll have a ready database of qualified CPG executives excited about your company -- and you can use this database to get even more referrals.”
Expanded candidate profiles. CPGjoblist is expanding the information it receives from candidates so employers can get even more detailed data. “We want your input in expanding these profiles to give you an even more dynamic picture of each candidate,” Carrillo says. Call CPGjoblist at (626) 535-0143 or e-mail Michael Carrillo to help CPGjoblist expand its candidate profiles to better serve you.
New candidate categories. CPGjoblist is creating new and more precise candidate tracking categories to reflect the growing range of jobs being listed with the service. Current categories include:
Sales Marketing Market Research Category Management/Trade Marketing
Categories relating to these areas and supply chain, logistics, procurement and consumer insights will be added, along with categories suggested by clients. “Your input on this process will help power your data mining and expand your talent pipeline,” Carrillo says. Call CPGjoblist at (626) 535-0143 or e-mail Michael Carrillo to contribute new candidate categories.
Diverse talent. CPGjoblist “understands the importance of diversity to the bottom line, and we’re especially proud of our diverse pool of candidates.” CPGjoblist attends diversity events to meet new candidates and provides diversity support to its clients.
Diversity action. “CPGjoblist is a founding corporate member of the California Diversity Council (part of the National Diversity Council), and our executive vice president, Penny Sallberg, is the organization’s Southern California president,” the company reports. “Penny is also on the national membership committee of the Network of Executive Women (CPG and Retail Industry), an important diversity organization we sponsor. CPGjoblist is a proud member of SHRM, the Black MBA Association and the Society of Hispanic MBAs. When it comes to diversity, we walk the talk.”
More powerful client site. More function buttons have been added to reduce drill-down, speed navigation and improve the user’s experience. Modify This Job and View Submissions functions have been added to every job detail page, for example.
Improved job alert. Clients can now headline priority job openings on CPGjoblist’s redesigned Job Alert e-mail, reaching more than 12,000 subscribers twice a month. The candidate-catching “Featured Jobs” extra is offered at no cost.
Free features
Top candidate site. CPGjoblist’s robust features, including daily news, two-year calendar and high-quality job listings, attract more than a 1.2 million online visitors a year. The site is number one on Google for the search term “CPG jobs,” and our comprehensive events calendar finishes in the top three for the term “CPG calendar.”
Industry connections. Frozen Food Age publishes CPGjoblist jobs as a free service to its readers, and links to CPGjoblist news, events and calendar appear throughout the Network of Executive Women’s website. “We are continually expanding these print and online connections to drive your job response,” Carrillo says. To let CPGjoblist know what industry publications and web sites you wish us to connect you to, e-mail Michael Carrillo.
Two-way content. Clients can repost or link to CPGjoblist’s industry-leading content to attract more candidates to their sites, Carrillo notes. Contact CPGjoblist to carry its industry calendar, daily news briefing and other content on your website. CPGjoblist also connects candidates and clients through free company profiles in its industry resources section, which is currently being upgraded.

“You’re the expert when it comes to expanding our talent pipeline partnership,” Carrillo says. “You know who you’re looking for and how you work. That’s why we want your personal input to expand our services and your flow of top-quality talent.”
“Give us a call and we’ll provide you with even more tools to recruit today’s top industry executives,” Carrillo says. “Working together is a win-win proposition for you, for us and for thousands of CPGjoblist candidates.”
