Directed the redesign and repositioning of the Bell Brand for accessories, obtaining subcategory growth up to 15 percent and 7 percent growth overall. Achieved results by transforming commodity items to consumer-relevant products via marketing, branding and product segmentation strategies. Developed the Bell Sports TV ad, which was awarded best spot of the month in May 2004 by ADWEEK.com. Developed and implemented global marketing plans and products for Mattel. Brands included Harry Potter, Barbie, Rock’em Sock’em Robots, Batman, Superman, and Nickelodeon. Created and executed the most successful brand campaign for Hasbro, My First Games, resulting in increased sales of 25 percent. Relaunched Minute Maid Orange Juice brand with experiential marketing and consumer promotions, increasing national sales 3 percent. Directed event marketing and sampling efforts for General Mills Gogurt product launch. As consultant, have advised and directed the development and execution of strategic business plans, branding and positioning, marketing tools, products and service offerings for such clients as Pure Digital Technologies, LifeMoxie!, Aardvark Adventure Stories, Thomas Burke & Others, and Fieldstone Partnership.
