ON THE MOVE: Tom Greco has been named president of PepsiCo Sales and chief customer officer at PepsiCo Inc. He replaces Al Carey, who has been named president and chief executive officer of the Frito-Lay North America division, replacing Irene Rosenfeld, who has taken the helm as CEO of Kraft FoodsJohn Lennon, president and CEO, Pyramid Brewing Co., has resigned. He will be replaced by Scott Barnum, a member of the company’s board...Jim Lee has been named president and COO of Stater Bros.
