Valassis is a billion-dollar marketing services company specializing in home-delivered advertisements and promotions. These products range from newspaper inserts to product samples and direct mail. Valassis subsidiaries include: Valassis Canada, a marketing services provider in Canada; NCH Marketing, the global leader in business solutions for the redemption, settlement and analysis of promotional offers; Valassis Relationship Marketing Systems, the premier developer of customer database products for high-transaction-volume retailers; PreVision Marketing, a full-service direct marketing agency; and Promotion Watch, the premier provider of promotion security consulting.
