Position Responsibilities:	Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Global Supply Chain COE Director, this position will be responsible for owning Sara Lee North America Procurement Application Portfolio. This portfolio is primarily based around SAP MM, SRM and S2C. In addition there are other custom developed applications for Sara Lee`s North American businesses that will be replaced by ENABLE. Supplies leadership as needed to the Procurement teams involved in ENABLE initiatives. This position will ensure that appropriate project management processes are utilized throughout all implementations and enhancements to these applications. This position coordinates the delivery of these activities through the BPO IT ADM Supplier. Responsible for regular planning and prioritization with the business (Procurement Directors). This planning includes discipline to ensure adherence to roadmaps and LRPs. Responsible for working with the business to create business cases for all Procurement strategic projects Responsible for reporting to the Steering Committees of all Procurement strategic project. This position interacts directly with all other GIS departments and Key Business Users within the Procurement functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Build, Develop & Maintain strategic relations with the North America Procurement business representatives (Directors). * Participate in defining Strategic Procurement Business Processes. * Participate in determining Long Range Plans and AOP Planning with the Procurement business representatives (Directors). * Supply leadership as needed to the ENABLE Procurement teams. * Coach, develop and provide opportunities to Procurement COE staff. * Participate in weekly COE/SDM updates with Supply Chain COE Lead and IBM SDM. * Validate project proposals and secure smooth execution plus delivery within time & budget. * Assist in Managing escalated issues when required to Procurement. * Manage & Facilitate post project phase including demand management. * Assist in preparing AOP business cases per fiscal year together with key Procurement business representatives. Continually work with the business on LRP. * Budget control on the entire spend (Program/Project/Demand). * Bachelor`s Degree required. * 7-10 years of comprehensive Procurement processes knowledge and business practices experience in prior management, supervisory, or team leader roles. * Knowledge and experience in SAP MM, S2C and SRM a plus * Experience working with virtual and or/outsourced teams a plus. * Experience in mapping and supporting business processes - and translating those processes to system requirements strongly preferred.
