We`re looking for a Customer Supply Chain Analyst to join our Wal-Mart Customer Team at our Bentonville, Arkansas office. PURPOSE This position is responsible for leading all customer facing projects with Walmart. In order to achieve desired results this position would be required to leverage internal resources, benchmark and influence the customer. POSITION DUTIES * Own the Operations and Transportation relationship both internal and external * Devise strategies and processes to achieve on time pick up performance goal * Minimize case pick % at the RB logistics centers through tactical and strategic efforts * Minimize Lead time to be as lean as the organization can efficiently and consistently perform to * Directly manage Customer Supply Chain Interns and use resource to achieve results in projects * Minimize Lead time variability to support forecasting and inventory efficiencies. * Interface with logistics groups to find next opportunity for cost or service improvements * Understand industry trends in logistics, replenishment and merchandising and incorporate into existing or new projects * Initiate cross functional teams and lead toward goals when necessary in project management * Give regular summary updates to Logistics Manager and present strategic direction annually (at a minimum) to larger group * Must have a BS degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline * Must have demonstrated proficiency with 2 tier, Retail Link and CPFR * Must have 5+ years of professional experience working within a CPG industry specifically on a Wal-Mart customer team in replenishment and/or operations * Demonstrated ability to take charge and initiate action * High proficiency with computer systems and software applications * Effective communication, management and organization in a results oriented environment Expect responsibility.
