We are looking for a Customer Team Supply Chain Manager, to join our Wal-Mart customer team in Bentonville, Arkansas. PURPOSE This position is responsible for leading a team of Collaborative Planning Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) analysts. This person will be responsible for ensuring that customer expectations in replenishment and promotional execution are met. This person must be able to manage the tactical nature of replenishment; while also continuously developing and executing strategic replenishment initiatives. POSITION DUTIES * Lead a team of 3 direct reports * Responsible and accountable for KPIs such as Replenishable In-Stock, WM Store/DC Inventory, Fill Rate and On-time performance * Build relationships with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales and Wal-Mart Replenishment groups * Move the business from a "reactive" state to a "predictive" state in forecasting natural and artificial demand * Directly manage 4 CPFR analysts. * Regular interaction with manufacturing on forecast and expectations alignment * Arrange 30/60/90 customer meetings with all WM departments on a regular basis and ensure proper follow through on committed actions * Input into the internal Sales and Operations Planning process with Demand Planning group * Manage modular process for all departments and ensure milestones are being met by CPFR analysts * Interface with multiple levels of customer replenishment and work toward building a stronger relationship * Build and maintain best-in-class reporting on KPIs and account progress * Lead or participate in cross functional projects to certain goals and deadlines * Ability to travel and represent the Reckitt Benckiser Wal-Mart Team to internal and external groups * Must have a BA or BS in Supply Chain Management or another related discipline. * Must have demonstrated ability to lead and develop people * Must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Customer Service, Logistics and/or Forecasting, preferably in a fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) organization. * Experience working on the vendor Supply Team of a FMCG supporting Wal-Mart or another large customer retailer. * Experience as a manager with direct reporting responsibilities * High proficiency with computer systems and software applications, such as Retail Link. * Superior communication skills - written, oral, and presentation * Solid analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with, and a high level of comfort in, contact with the customer both at an every-day operational level as well as at senior level when needed. PREFERRED SKILLS * MBA in Supply Chain Management * Proficiency with 2 tier, Retail Link and CPFR * 5+ years experience with CPFR/CRP * Past roles in demand or materials planning * CPG experience Expect responsibility.
