Position Responsibilities:	The Kellogg Company has an exciting opportunity for a Master Planner II located in Rossville, TN. The Master Planner directs the 24/7 hour Maintenance planning activities and provides operations support. The Master Planner is responsible for planned or preventative maintenance (in house or contracted) Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Accountable for planning and scheduling of efficient planned and predictive maintenance activities per the Work Order Management process. 2. Accountable for daily coordination of maintenance activities with Production and crew scheduling functions. 3. Understand capacity plan to negotiate a better and accurate plan 4. Schedules Preventative Maintenances and WOs to fully utilize planned and unplanned downtime 5. Order and allocate parts for specific WOs 6. Manage quality of all data in CMMS (accuracy, timing, etc) 7. Manage RAAMP (Rapid And Reliable Performance) process 8. Plan for required equipment/resources to execute planned down time activities (kitting) 9. Responsibility for developing and executing the Maintenance budget and responsibility for hiring maintenance mechanics. 10. Ensure Maintenance Schedule adherence and drive to plan 11. Ensure adherence to all standard work processes, including K-LEAN processes. 12. Responsible for compliance with all regulations. Food Safety ` plant in proper sanitary condition at all times, including allergen control, pest control, guidelines followed. Compliance with food safety policies and procedures. Bachelors degree in a related field plus a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience preferred OR High School Diploma/GED plus a minimum of 8 years manufacturing work experience. Candidate Minimum Qualifications: - Incumbents should have exposure to Kellogg or similar manufacturing or material handling experiences in the manufacturing area. - Must possess or have the aptitude and ability to quickly develop an in-depth working knowledge of applicable Kellogg processes, SAP, workflows, and procedures. - Incumbent must possess or develop proficiency in planning/analysis, cost accounting, and control and possess excellent organizational skills. - Must be able to work in a proactive work environment, be an effective motivator, communicator, delegator, negotiator and trainer of people, and be able to effectively achieve results through others. Candidate Preferred Qualifications: - Familiar with Union Environment - A good working knowledge of labor contracts and work rules is preferred.
