Position Responsibilities:	Kellogg Company has a new opportunity for a Financial Analyst at the Rossville, TN manufacturing facility. The Financial Analyst is responsible for moderately complex financial analyses and reports for management. Prepares and analyzes production execution and reporting. The role may be assigned analyses in relation to the business annual budgets or monthly forecasts, specific expenses, or other reports of financial results. This position reports to the Plant Controller. Additional responsibilities include: -Prepares independently ad-hoc financial estimates, budgets, and analysis; ensures they are prepared, analyzed, and presented according to the instructions received from management. -Handles and completes ad-hoc questions/issues/projects as they arise. Minimum: Bachelors Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field, or High School Diploma/GED + 6 years of related work experience Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Finance/Business-Related field + 2 years of related work experience + CPA/CMA Certification Must have strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ERP and other financial planning systems is preferred, with SAP experience preferred. Must have strong analytical and communication skills and be detail-oriented. This position works in an office and plant manufacturing environment with frequent PC use. Must have the ability to manage conflicting/changing priorities with tight deadlines. Extended working hours may sometimes be required. Some business travel may be required.
