Position Responsibilities:	Position Summary: As a well-established wholesale bakery, Sara Lee is growing and looking for aggressive, self-starters for Route Sales delivery positions. Chosen employees will be responsible for early morning delivery of Sara Lee bakery products on a timely basis to grocery stores, restaurants, schools, etc. Territory offers excellent potential for establishing new accounts. Continual support is offered to ensure your success by providing training, uniforms, and handheld computers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Delivery of fresh product to existing customers and setting up new accounts and merchandising. * Delivery and service to large grocers in the area, along with smaller independent stores and institutional settings. * Representatives must be able to build goodwill with customers and consumers to sell special displays for more store space and increased sales. * Initially the position will involve vacation relief with later opportunities to bid on routes. * Must have an acceptable driving record and a proven work history. * Requires high school degree or GED. * Sales, grocery, retail, and/or driving experience with DSD is preferred. * The work can be physically demanding with repetitive lifting/carrying of up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 100 pounds or more. * Must be able to work early hours and long days. * Standard work schedule is M,Tu,Th,F,Sat. * Work location may vary dependent on staffing needs.
