Position Responsibilities:	The Kellogg Company is seeking a Vice President, Customer Service ` Target in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This key position is responsible for leading and directing all aspects of the Supply Chain function for Kellogg USA (KUSA) Sales for Target. This includes establishing strategic direction for the business functions, which impact delivery to Target and end consumers, as well as insuring that execution processes are in place to allow our company to provide consistent, reliable service throughout the supply chain. Primary functions of this role are: - Will deliver an integrated supply chain strategy with Target for our warehouse (dry and frozen), and direct store delivery businesses. - Will drive improved service, reduce total supply chain cost and improve our supply chain performance ensuring that Kellogg Company is the supplier of choice for the categories that we compete. - Will act as a consultant to our international business partners on key Target processes and best practices. - Will lead an executive cross functional advisory board who reviews Target Supply Chain needs and approves direction for creation of new capabilities as appropriate. -Will function along with the Vice President of KUSA ` Target as the company`s key ambassadors with Target and are ultimately accountable for meeting their needs in an efficient and profitable manner. - Bachelors degree and 10 years of relevant experience or Associates degree and 12 years relevant experience or HS/GED and 15 years of relevant experience. - Six or more years of supervisory/managerial experience. - Advanced communication skills to disseminate highly complex information to multiple audiences, deliver key messages to constituents at multiple levels, reach agreement between conflicting parties. - Must be highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Kellogg Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer who strives to provide an inclusive work environment that involves everyone and embraces the diverse talent of its people.
