| Position Responsibilities: |
Position purpose is to lead/manage the development and execution of all things related to in-store marketing for Home Appliance products in the national account channels. Objective of the position is to create "best in class" in-store materials that are flawlessly executed to the particular parameters/guidelines specific to the national account(s)retail environment, that also ladder up to overall in-store marketing strategies. -Understand completely National Accounts specific parameters/guidelines with respect to in-store marketing -Act as central POC for all things HA in-store with national accounts -Negotiate win/win outcomes with retailers that accomplish both retailer and in-store strategies -Develop account specific yearly shopper plans in collaboration with the retailer, including gaining access to store-level sell thru data oUncover channel specific shopper insights oDiscern channel specific category insights -Work cross functionally with key stakeholders to deliver work that meets all objectives: oIntegrate all projects with Brand Directors/Managers to satisfy brand communication objectives oWork with Sales/Merchandising to meet key account priorities, as related to in-store materials -Manage In-Store Agencies and vendors to develop "best in class" work, including (but not limited to): oFactory Applied POP, Cartoning/Packaging, Printed POP, Sales Aids, Display/Fixtures/Endcaps, A/V displays, electronic/interactive display units, printed collateral/brochures/spec sheets oWrite clear briefs to guide in-store work -Develop flawless execution process working with national accounts internal processes and KAM teams oWhen necessary, manage 3rd party merchandising groups to maximize effectiveness/efficiencies -Ensure retail compliance of all programs by creating/managing rigid auditing process with clear reporting outputs -Communicate regularly with all field stakeholders including: 3rd party merchandising groups, trainer group, and sales about in-store activities oKeep marketing site updated with all current materials/tools and advise Field about availability -Be data-driven with all decisions oContinually measure all activities against KPIs oEvaluate all projects on a sales lift and ROI basis -Weekly reporting of all activities to Director and Senior Management as required -Project budgets and monitor executions against same, all the way thru final execution/billing Bachelor Degree required, MBA a plus |
