Position Responsibilities: Summary:


The Senior Marketing Manager Seasons/Gifting is responsible for developing the general strategic direction/needs and tools for The Hershey Company brands to capitalize on and grow via local marketing gifting and seasons occasions. Direction will be built based on local consumer understanding and requests from business units and senior management and will find/leverage synergies to create scale and positive return on investments across business units. The job requires Marketing leadership, strong communication skills and an ability to deliver simple winning solutions in diverse environments.



Responsibilities:


* Strategic, annual and marketing planning and periodic re-planning on the business

* Develop winning gifting and seasonal solutions for the key business units

* External and internal assessments of the business environment, competitors, customers, and market trends

* Strategic project work supporting key business deliverables




Qualifications:


Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:


* Superior strategic thinking and planning

* Ability to deliver innovation and creative solutions

* Superior leadership skills

* Strong verbal and written communicator and collaborator to wide breadth of audiences including senior management

* Outstanding analytical abilities

* Experience in International environments required

* Economic value creation mindset

* Lifelong learner





Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar fields required. MBA degree preferred





Minimum Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years in classical Marketing and/or innovation. Proven track record of achieving results. Demonstrated team leadership. International experience beneficial but not required. Language skills beneficial but not required.
