Position Responsibilities:	The Region VP of Retail (RVP) will direct and oversee all retail selling efforts including Warehouse and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) for Kraft`s entire business portfolio (Wall to Wall and Dry DSD) within a specific geography. The RVP will serve as the business manager responsible for achieving targeted business results by accelerating revenue growth and profitability, building market share, containing operating expenses and driving organizational excellence for the region. This position is responsible for directing Region Directors of Retail (RDR) and indirectly, Retail Sales Managers (RSM), Retail Merchandising Supervisors (RMS), Sales Reps and Merchandisers. ?? Develop customer strategies and business plans for customers at the retail level. ?? Lead and drive retail execution ?? Implement key retail strategic initiatives ?? Advance organizational excellence through T&D, talent deployment and diversity. ?? Build collaborative relationships and connectivity across S&CL 10+ years of experience in sales with major food company. 7+ years of experience in managing Managed customer (retail) accounts at both a HQ and retail level; DSD is a plus 5+ years of experience in leading a team of sales professionals 7+ years of experience in performing category/sales planning
