CPGjoblist adds sales, marketing executives
Recruiting services firm expanding its industry
PASADENA, CALIF. -- CPGjoblist, the consumer packaged goods industry's leading recruiting services firm, has expanded its sales and marketing team to help it "respond to increased market demand."
Jackie Apodaca, former Senior Program Development Manager for Omnicom, has been named the firm's Director of Marketing, reporting to company President Michael Carrillo.
Spencer Blaker, former Customer Marketing Manager for Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Inc., has been appointed Director of Sales, Northeastern Region, for CPGjoblist.
Tom Chisari, veteran CPG industry executive and Vice President, National Sales and Distribution for Eco Woods California, Ltd., will assume the post of Director of Sales, Specialty Markets, in March.
The new executive expansion of the sales team at CPGjoblist will also consist of Shelley Guidarelli, who has been promoted to Director of Business Development. Guidarelli has more than twenty years of experience placing mid to senior level sales and marketing management talent in the CPG industry.
Blaker, Chisari and Guidarelli will report to Tami Page, Vice President of Sales for CPGjoblist.
Growing need

Jackie Apodaca has more than 10 years of experience in consumer product marketing management. As a Senior Program Development Manager at Omnicom, she headed the retail associate training for CompUSA and Staples along with managing online training for several electronic companies including; Canon, Toshiba, and Pentax. At Disney, she led the retail marketing/merchandising efforts, and prior to that was a Product Marketing Manager for international product lines. She holds a Masters of Business Administration in General Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from New Mexico State University.
Sales experience
Spencer Blaker, CPGjoblist's newly appointed Director of Sales, Northeastern Region, brings more than 16 years of CPG experience, has held sales positions at some of the consumer industry's top companies. In addition to his recent service at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream where he developed customer-centric shopping programs, he has served as a team leader for Procter & Gamble and The Gillette Company, where he help manage retail strategy for Oral B/ Braun. Blaker has also held sales leadership positions at Nestle, Purina Petcare and Nabisco.
Thomas Chisari, CPGjoblist's newly appointed Director of Sales, Specialty Accounts, has broad experience in sales management, merchandising and brand building. As Vice-President, National Sales and Distribution, for Eco Woods California, he helped develop and launch new consumer products and oversaw day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to that, he was a Vice-President of the vending firm, The Amusement Factory, and has been a top executive with Storecast Merchandising Corporation, and a Senior Consultant / Business Leader for Daymon Worldwide.
