'Benjamin Franklin' joins CPGjobs recruiting team
$100 bills awarded to candidates hired through network
PASADENA, Calif. (February 3, 2008) -- CPGjobs is using a memorable method to mark its recruiting successes. The leading industry recruiting services firm is issuing $100 checks to every executive hired as a result of the company's efforts.
"The checks are our way of saying thanks to candidates who use CPGjoblist," says company President Michael Carrillo. "Without excellent candidates we would not be the industry's number one recruiting resource, and we want people to remember that."
The $100 finder's fee is available to past hires as well as future hires. "If you know anyone who has been hired through CPGjoblist have them contact us. We want to recognize them as well."
"Hiring the right person is so important today," Carrillo says. "Targeted services like ours continue to win out over mega job boards because quality and personal outreach always wins out over quantity," Carrillo says. "it's time people in the recruiting business stopped treating candidates as commodities. A hundred dollars is a small price to pay to get that message across -to employers as well as candidates."
Carrillo says he thinks the company's hired candidates will continue to stay in touch with the firm, network through its websites, refer colleagues and use CPGjobs as a hiring resource themselves. "Not because of the hundred bucks, but our recruiting services and personal networking work."
Michael Carrillo is president of CPGjobs, the CPG industry's leading candidate recruiting service for HR professionals and employers. You may contact him at Michael@CPGjobs.com or call (626) 535-0143.
