He has worked with executives at the American Red Cross, Amgen, Cigna Healthcare, Coca Cola Bottling, Diversified Maintenance Service and other smaller firms on a range of assignments all focused on diminishing conflict, enhancing communication and accelerating sound decision-making, He also has solid experience in executive assessment & development, selection and coaching along with team building and organizational development.
