History

The National Diversity Council is a non-profit organization that champions diversity as a business necessity. It began with the inception of the Texas Diversity Council in November 2004. Eighteen months later, the National Diversity Council has established five state councils: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois and Texas. Each state council has its own respective regional advisory councils.

The National Diversity Council strives to establish a corporate environment that utilizes the full potentials of each employee.
