The Marketing Executives Networking Group (MENG) is a community of top marketing executives that is indispensable for professional success. Membership in this community provides you with that essential connection to executives like you who are facing similar business challenges.
MENG fosters excellence by sharing information, knowledge, and relationships for professional growth.
MENG members are marketing, sales or general management executives whose primary focus is marketing. Members must be at a VP level or above in their organization, and receiving a base salary of $150,000 or higher.
Currently 84% of our members have Fortune 500 experience. Additionally, 70% have graduate or post-graduate degrees with over 50% of these from Top 20 Business Schools. Over 21% of MENG members have attended an Ivy League school.
MENG has local chapters in 12 major cities in the US. The purpose of these local chapters is to provide an opportunity for members to network with peers, exchange local company information and industry news, and to stay up to date with current marketing trends.
Not all interaction is local, which is why MENG also offers 12 Special Interest Groups. These Groups are either industry specific (ex. Cosmetics) or marketing focus specific (ex. direct marketing).
MENG members have a variety of tools and resources available to them when they join MENG. OneSource is a tool that provides high-end business information covering 1.7 million companies and 6 million executives. Our Preferred Recruiter Program provides our members with a list of top marketing recruiters to hire when filling positions in their companies and to reach out to during a search. We have a member-created Resource Library with advice from members on an extensive list of corporate and marketing topics, as well as a licensing partnership with MarketingProfs.com that allows MENG members to view all 3000 of the MarketingProfs.com articles on the MENG website. A 32-page Guide to Executive Job Search is available for members in transition. We also have partnerships with Netshare, ExecuNet, TheLadders, PrivateEquityInfo and Salary.com that provide discounts to MENG members. Of course, our best resource is our over 1600 members and their unsurpassed expertise!
